ノートは、イラストを描いたり、アイデアを出したり、自分の頭の中を整理するために悩みや愚痴（笑）を書いたり、生活と仕事に欠かせないものなので……！相棒なのです。

丈夫で硬い表紙と、180度しっかり開くところ、表紙と中の紙がぴったり同じサイズなところでしょうか……。好きの理由を説明するのって難しいですね！（笑）

私も何冊かモレスキンは持っていますが、結局うまく使いこなせず心が折れることが多いですね。私にとってはなんかモレスキンって敷居が高いというか「ちゃんと使わなければいけない感」があるノートですｗ

４年前！！！すごい先見の明！！私もバレットジャーナルのおかげで、だいぶ「うっかりやり忘れたこと」が減ってきました。

もともとタスクを全部書き出さないと不安で進行中の仕事もうまく回らない人なんですよね〜。いっぱいいっぱいになってきたらまずやることを全部書き出す。書き出すというかもう吐き出すみたいな感覚
